Our minimum order is 50 units across all products. Most customers find that 250 units is the sweet spot for price per unit — and it's our most popular quantity. You can enter any quantity you like in the calculator and get an instant price.

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, PSD, and ZIP files up to 10MB. For the best results, we prefer vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) with fonts outlined and artwork set up at the correct size.

If you're ordering screen print or deboss, your artwork should be a clean, single-colour logo or design. For digital print, full-colour artwork is fine. Not sure? Upload what you have and we'll let you know if anything needs adjusting before we proceed.

Yes — use the "Request a free visual" button on any product page. Tell us what you're after and we'll put together a mock-up at no charge, no commitment. Just supply your logo and any brief and we'll do the rest.

Always. Once you've placed your order and we've received your artwork, we'll send a digital proof for your approval before anything goes to print. Production only begins once you've signed off. This is included with every branded order at no extra cost.

Plain stock: 1–2 working days from order.

Branded (screen print, deboss, digital print): Typically 7–10 working days from proof approval. If you have a tight deadline, get in touch before ordering and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.

Yes — you can order a physical sample of any notebook for just 1p (plus £7.99 delivery). This lets you check the quality, weight, and feel of the cover and paper before placing a full branded order. Find the sample option on each product page.

For screen print and deboss, yes — we match to Pantone references for print inks. If Pantone matching is critical to your brand, include the PMS reference in your order notes and we'll confirm it in your proof.

For digital print (full cover), colours are reproduced in CMYK. If colour accuracy is essential, we'd recommend ordering a sample first.

All prices shown on this site are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the standard rate (20%) will be added at checkout for UK orders. Your VAT invoice will be included in your order confirmation.

Yes — the total shown in the calculator includes delivery to one UK mainland address. We offer free delivery on orders over £150. For multiple delivery addresses or overseas delivery, please get in touch.

We'll put it right. If there's a production error or the goods don't match the approved proof, we'll reprint or refund — no argument. Email us at notebooks@premier.promo with your order number and photos and we'll get straight on it.

Please note that because branded goods are made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once production has started.

Yes — our Notes London FSC range uses paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, meaning the materials are sourced from responsibly managed forests. Premier is a Certified B Corp and holds EcoVadis Platinum accreditation, which puts us in the top 1% of companies assessed for sustainability.
