<h2>Returns & Exchanges</h2>
<p>Every notebook we make is produced to order for your brand — printed, debossed or foil-blocked with your artwork, in the colours and quantities you choose. Because of that, our returns policy works a little differently to off-the-shelf retail, and we want to be upfront about it.</p>
<h3>Made-to-order means no change-of-mind returns</h3>
<p>Branded and personalised notebooks are bespoke. Once they're in production we can't resell them, so we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you've changed your mind. This is why we make it easy to get it right before you commit — see "How we help you avoid surprises" below.</p>
<h3>Faulty or not as described? We'll put it right</h3>
<p>If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different to the proof you approved, we'll sort it — a replacement, reprint or refund, whichever makes sense. Just contact us within <strong>30 days</strong> of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take it from there.</p>

<h3>How to raise a return</h3>
<p>Email <a href="mailto:notebooks@premier.promo">notebooks@premier.promo</a> with your order number and details of the problem, and we'll respond quickly. If a return is agreed, we'll confirm the address and arrangements at that point.</p>

<p style="font-size:0.875rem;color:#666;">This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Goods made to your specification or personalised with your branding are exempt from the standard right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.</p>
