We want you to be happy with your order. Here's how returns work depending on what you've ordered.
Notebook samples
If you've ordered a sample notebook and it's not what you expected, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The notebook needs to be unused and in its original condition. Return postage is at your cost.
To start a return, email notebooks@premier.promo with your order reference and we'll guide you through it.
Branded & custom orders
Branded notebooks are produced specifically to your brief — your logo, your colours, your specification. Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), personalised and custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day return right.
This means we're unable to accept returns on branded orders unless the goods are faulty or materially different from what was agreed.
If there's a problem with your branded order — a production error, colour issue, or something that doesn't match your approved proof — please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right.
Faulty or damaged goods
If anything arrives damaged or defective, email notebooks@premier.promo within 14 days with photos and your order reference. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
