What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is 50 units across all products. Most customers find 250 units is the sweet spot for price per unit — and it's our most popular quantity. You can enter any quantity you like in the calculator and get an instant price.

What artwork files do you accept?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, PSD and ZIP files up to 10MB. For the best results we prefer vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) with fonts outlined and artwork set up at the correct size.

I don't have artwork. Can you help?

Yes — use the "Request a free visual" button on any product page. Tell us what you're after and we'll put together a mock-up at no charge, no commitment. Just supply your logo and any brief and we'll do the rest.

Will I get to see a proof before production starts?

Always. Once you've placed your order and we've received your artwork, we'll send a digital proof for your approval before anything goes to print. Production only begins once you've signed off — and it's included with every branded order at no extra cost.

How long does it take?

Plain stock typically ships within 2 working days. Branded orders take around 7 working days from proof approval. If you're working to a deadline, let us know and we'll do our best to help.

Can I get a sample before committing to a full order?

Yes — you can order a physical sample of any notebook for just 99p (plus £7.99 delivery). This lets you check the quality, weight and feel of the cover and paper before placing a full branded order. Find the sample option on each product page.

Do you match Pantone colours?

For screen print and deboss, yes — we match to Pantone references for print inks. If Pantone matching is critical to your brand, include the PMS reference in your order notes and we'll confirm it in your proof.

Do the prices include VAT?

All prices shown on this site are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the standard rate (20%) is added at checkout for UK orders. Your VAT invoice will be included in your order confirmation.

Do the prices include delivery?

Yes — the total shown in the calculator includes delivery to one UK mainland address, and delivery is free on orders over £150. For multiple delivery addresses or overseas delivery, please get in touch.

What if something is wrong with my order?

We'll put it right. If there's a production error, or the goods arrive faulty or don't match the proof you approved, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a reprint or refund. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Are your notebooks sustainably sourced?

Yes — our Notes London FSC range uses paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, meaning the materials are sourced from responsibly managed forests. Premier is a Certified B Corp and holds EcoVadis Platinum accreditation, which puts us in the top 1% of companies assessed for sustainability.
